You will receive a key set with two certified keys (outside door and entrance door apartment). If you leave the building, this is only possible with the outside door key. So it is always certain that you have the keys with you).
We will charge 35 Euros for the loss or theft of the keys.
When leaving the building, please close the door with the key.
For fire prevention, the following: Your apartment is “secured” with fire alarms prescribed by the municipality of Maastricht. In addition, two fire extinguishers have been installed (kitchen and in the hall of the sleeping floor). In addition, you will find a carbon monoxide detector on the sleeping floor. There is also an emergency exit to the roof in the cupboard on the bedroom floor.
In the Salon you will find a TV and B&O CD player. (Peter will explain how to use it). If you wish to use the CD player, you can use the CDs in the storage cupboard in the kitchen.
You will also find Art / cooking and other books there.
The cooker in the kitchen is based on induction. For use, this means that only the pans in the kitchen are suitable for this.
You may have to wash your clothes during your stay. To that end, a washing/drying machine has been installed in one of the bedrooms.
